IRON ANCHOR FOOTBALL INSTITUTE

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

Iron Anchor Football Institute respects the privacy of athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, partners, supporters, and visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how that information may be used, and the steps we take to handle personal information responsibly.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending upon how you interact with Iron Anchor, we may collect information including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, athlete age/date of birth and grade level, school and football information, parent or guardian contact information, coaching information, training preferences and availability, emergency contact information, relevant medical or safety information voluntarily provided for training purposes, and information submitted through coach, partner, supporter, or other inquiry forms.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT MINOR ATHLETES

Iron Anchor provides training services that may involve athletes under 18 years of age. Registration and other information concerning minor athletes should be submitted by, or with the knowledge and authorization of, a parent or legal guardian.

We do not intentionally request personal information from children for unrelated marketing purposes.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information may be used to process training inquiries and registrations; communicate with athletes' parents or guardians; schedule training; understand athlete development goals; address relevant health and safety considerations; respond to inquiries; evaluate prospective coaches, partners, or supporters; administer Iron Anchor programs; and improve our services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF MINOR ATHLETES

Participation in Iron Anchor training does not automatically grant Iron Anchor permission to use an athlete's photograph, likeness, or video for promotional purposes.

When media involving a minor athlete is intended for promotional, website, social-media, advertising, or similar public use, Iron Anchor will seek appropriate parent or legal guardian authorization.

Declining promotional media authorization will not, by itself, prevent an athlete from participating in training.

5. MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY INFORMATION

Parents or guardians may provide information concerning injuries, allergies, medications, physical limitations, or other matters relevant to an athlete's safe participation.

Such information will be used for legitimate training and safety purposes and should only be shared with individuals who reasonably need the information for those purposes.

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Iron Anchor may share information when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, protect the health or safety of participants, comply with applicable law or legal process, or work with service providers supporting legitimate business operations.

Iron Anchor does not authorize third parties to use personal information provided to us for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and business operations may use third-party platforms and service providers, including website hosting, forms, document storage, scheduling, communications, and payment-processing services.

Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. INFORMATION SECURITY

Iron Anchor will take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to its operations to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. DATA RETENTION

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business and recordkeeping requirements, safety considerations, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.

10. YOUR INFORMATION

Parents, guardians, adult athletes, coaches, partners, and supporters may contact Iron Anchor to request that we review or correct personal information they previously provided, subject to applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.

11. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Iron Anchor website may contain links to external websites or services. Iron Anchor is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independently operated third-party websites.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Iron Anchor may update this Privacy Policy as its programs, website, technology, and business operations develop.

When material changes are made, the effective date at the beginning of this policy should be updated.
